Call our office phone number and select the option for emergency maintenance. They are available 24/7 for your convenience. 

Delta Flats is a smoke-free community. This includes all areas of the community and grounds.

Yes, renters insurance is required. This insurance will protect you in case of theft, accidents, or other incidents in your apartment or common areas. Please contact us for more details about our renters insurance requirements.

All payments can be easily handled through your online portal, or you can deposit your check in person at the office. 

While we do expect rent to be paid on time, we understand that unforeseen situations can happen. That's why we offer a grace period for late payments: The grace period allows until the 5th day of the month, after which a late fee will be applied.

Subletting your apartment or assigning this lease to another person requires our prior written consent. If you intend to sublet or assign the lease, please contact us to discuss obtaining approval. It's important to note that even in the event of subletting or assignment, you will remain primarily responsible for fulfilling all obligations outlined in the lease agreement.

Yes, Delta Flats is pet friendly! We are happy to welcome your furry companions home as long as they comply with our policies: 

Max 2 pets. 50 lb weight limit. 

Restricted Pet Breeds: 
Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Bullmastiff, Chow, Dalmation, Doberman Pinscher, Eskimo Spitz, German Shepherd, Giant Schnauzer, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf.

Yes, Delta Flats requires the following pet fees. 

Pet Fees: 

  • $35/month pet rent (per pet) 

  • One time $150 refundable pet deposit  

  • One time $150 nonrefundable fee.  

Yes! You are free to paint your apartment as long as it can be covered with one coat of white paint when you move out.

Lease cancellation terms are available in your lease. Reach out to the leasing office if you need assistance. 

Yes! We partner with CORT You will work directly with CORT to get everything set up. 

You will click the link that says “Furnished Apartments” on the floor plan page and fill out your information. Someone from CORT’s inside sales team will reach out to complete a needs assessment. They will answer all your questions and make sure it is the right fit. They will give you a call within 24hours. Here they will go over the cost and different packages.

CORT has different packages to meet everyone’s budget. They offer special discounted packages for students and military personnel. The packages can be customized to meet everyone’s needs. CORT can furnish the home down to the silverware and the bedding. Just like with our leases, the leases with CORT vary based on the lease term. The longer term lease, the less expensive the price is. 

CORT’s furniture is rent to rent. You have the option to pick out what furniture you would like. CORT will deliver the furniture, set it up, and when you are done take it away. You can rent for any amount of time. If you keep your furniture longer than your lease it will automatically go month to month with no extra charge. If there is an item you want to keep at the end of the lease there is a buy out option.
